Fair Trade/Organic
Fair Trade means the hard work our growers do is well rewarded. The price we pay for our coffee allows our growers to use agricultural practices that protect the environment as well as providing the building blocks for community improvement. Organic means pesticides and herbicides that shouldn't be in your coffee aren't. Everyone (ecosystems, workers and you) is spared exposure to unsavory chemicals. Please note that NoJoe is not organic due to the decaffeination process.

Swig out of forest-friendly cups made from renewable and compostable materials.

Typically, paper cups are lined with a petroleum-based coating that does not degrade. Ecotainers, manufactured by International Paper, are made from three ingredients: paper, water, and corn, all of which will break down over time.

The entire production process also strives to be environmentally sensitive: trees are harvested according to Sustainable Forestry Initiative guidelines, corn is grown in the United States, and 70% of the energy used to produce the cup comes from fully renewable resources.
